Placing Bets
How to Place a Bet
- Select a league from the sidebar (e.g. Premier League, NBA, Champions League).
- Find the match you want to bet on. Live matches show the current score and period.
- Click on the odds cell for the outcome you want — Home, Draw, or Away.
- A bet slip opens — enter your stake in USDC.
- Review the potential return and click Place bet.
Your bet is submitted as a limit order on the exchange. Once filled, your position is active and will settle when the match ends.
Reading the Odds Table
Each match row shows odds for all outcomes. The table includes:
- Back odds — bet on an outcome to happen
- Lay odds — bet against an outcome
- Depth — the amount available at each price level, shown across up to three levels
Odds flash briefly when they update, so you can spot price movements in real time.
Bet States
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| PENDING | Bet is being submitted to the exchange |
| PLACED | Order is live on the exchange, waiting for a match |
| FILLED | Order matched — your position is active |
| SETTLED | Match ended, PnL applied to your balance |
| CANCELED | Cancelled before fill, funds returned |
Cancelling a Bet
You can cancel a bet before it is filled:
- Go to the Open bets tab.
- Click Cancel next to the bet.
- Locked funds return to your available balance.
WARNING
Once filled, a bet cannot be cancelled. You must wait for settlement.
Order Types
| Type | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| GTC (Good Till Cancelled) | Stays open until filled or you cancel it. Default for most bets. |
| FAK (Fill and Kill) | Fills immediately at available prices or cancels. Useful when you want instant execution. |
Winner / Outright Markets
Some leagues offer outright markets — bet on which team wins the league or tournament:
- Select a league from the sidebar.
- If available, a Matches / Winner toggle appears in the toolbar.
- Click Winner to see outright odds.
- Click on odds to open the bet slip.
Teams are sorted by favourites first (lowest odds at the top).
Available Sports
The exchange covers a wide range of sports and competitions, including:
- Football — Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup, and many more
- Basketball — NBA, KBL, and other leagues
- Other sports — Additional leagues and competitions are added regularly based on market availability
The league sidebar shows all currently active leagues with live event counts.
